Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by the physician
- Assess and monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean working environment
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse License -
- Proficient in taking vital signs and interpreting results
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
