Basic Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma, GED or college degree required
- Documented proof of basic technical training in mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing from an approved accredited institution or union apprenticeship school.
- Ability to time management and priority the service tickets using CMMS.
- Ability to recognize the equipment potential failure and take appropriate actions.
- We are looking for dependable person, report to work on-time.
- Demonstrates professionalism while in the field interactive with customers.
- Understand basic electrical and mechanical principals.
- Read and understand the electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical operation of coffee machine down to circuity board level.
- Demonstrates a basic ability to use common hand and power tools.
- Demonstrates a basic understanding of office equipment (computer, cell phone, printer) to perform ancillary job functions.
- Knowledge of ice machine, like the Hoshizaki, Scotsman, and Ice-O-Matic is a plus.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and provide regular updates to the stakeholders.
- Have good communication skills for contacting tech support and ordering of parts, if needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- One (1) year of similar work experience
Responsibilities:
- Complete assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring conveyor, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, HVAC and other equipment, systems or structures
- Ensure repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities
- Respond to spills and other emergency situations, performing janitorial and maintenance tasks as necessary
- Assist in client, site or customer emergencies as needed
