Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Taking customer orders over the telephone and entering into system.
Assisting Customers and Vendors. Calling Customers back when needed
Answering and directing phone calls
Handling inquiries and incoming work requests.
Receiving, sorting and distributing incoming mail
Maintaining filing systems
Photocopying, scanning and faxing
sending emails
Preparing and sending outgoing mailings and packages
Coordinating work flow
Controlling basic functions such as checking invoices.
Keeping office area neat and tidy.

Monday through Friday 8:30 am -5:00pm. @$15.00 an hour.
