Roles and Responsibilities:
Ø Acts as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) & collaborates with sales and development teams to understand customer requirements and tailor software implementation plans.
Ø Conduct thorough analysis of client business needs to identify the most effective software configuration and workflows.
Ø Configure and customize the software to meet specific client needs.
Ø Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure a high-quality implementation and identify any potential issues before customer activity take place
Ø Document the entire implementation process, including configurations, customizations, and user training materials & reports which may require editing/development of new customer training materials.
Ø Develops, Schedules and Provide comprehensive user training and support throughout the implementation process, ensuring user adoption and satisfaction (for individual or group users)
Ø Track, monitor & reports implementation progress, proactively addressing any roadblocks or challenges to management
Ø Work collaboratively with the development team to resolve technical issues and ensure continuous improvement of the software.
Ø Implementing Quality Management System using Software– APQP, FMEA, Problem Solving along with software tools
Ø Maintains a great relationship with assigned clients
Ø Effectively document and record all aspects of client interactions including issues, feedback as support ticketing system
Travel will be required.
Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Computer proficient - intermediate skill level or better required

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
