Work as a member of the Help Desk Team by updating and maintaining information within our software. Keeping all records of valuable company information accurate. Our ideal candidate is a fast learner and pays close attention to detail. They are able to use their training and apply it to assisting other Representatives in need of assistance. This individual is a team player and can be counted on to support the team.
Apart from our Help Desk duties, we assist the Education Affiliates Call Center throughout different task.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
