Job Title: Front Desk Agent
Overview:
Join our team as a Front Desk Agent at our thriving resort. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.
Duties:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries using excellent phone etiquette
- Perform night audit duties as required
- Assist guests with various requests and provide information about the resort and local area
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple calls simultaneously
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Knowledge of hospitality management practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
