Speech & Love Bilingual Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for its operations in the Central Valley. We work directly with local public schools assisting with speech and language services for children on IEPs. We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to improve their speech and language skills in a loving and positive way.
We offer support and mentorship throughout your career as a SLP. Newly graduating SLPs are supervised by an experienced bilingual SLP who will support your development as a Speech Language Pathologist. New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive standardized and non-standardized assessments.
- Provide counseling and consultations for new clients and/or families.
- Create goals and objectives for clients and/or families to work toward and identify areas of progress and challenges.
- Case management on a comprehensive and collaborative IEP team.
- Plan evidence based treatment and goals based on appropriate interpretation of assessment results.
- Maintain appropriate and timely documentation/data collection for ongoing progress monitoring.
- Provide cultural and linguistic support.
- Promote early identification and early intervention activities; advocate for individuals and families through community awareness, health literacy, education, and training programs to promote and facilitate access to full participation in communication.
- Assist with clerical duties and site operations (e.g., scheduling, recordkeeping, maintaining inventory of materials); and preparing materials for assessment and treatment services.
- Adhere to SLP’s code of ethics, practices, and conduct as regulated by the State of California and ASHA.

Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
