Operations Manager - Health Care
We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our organization’s healthcare operations. This newly created role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the organization. You should be ready to mentor your team members, find ways to increase the quality of our patient experience and implement best practices across all levels. Ultimately, we’ll trust you to help us remain compliant, efficient and profitable. We will schedule interviews quickly for the right candidate, and a decision will result in an offer without delayed responses that are typical in most interview processes.
Summary
- Travel within DFW to three locations each week
- Recruit / train / retain non-clinical staff
- Vendor management, approval of invoices, and budget input
- Coordinate with Billing team and clinics
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders: finance, legal, marketing, admin
- Develop perpetual operational plan and project plans as needed
- Create/maintain operational policies and procedures
- Enforce regulatory and safety standards
- Ensure HIPAA and related compliance for clinics and employees
- Be a constant resource for our clinics for training and information
- Accurate and timely reporting
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Health care experience including hiring / training / supervising / developing staff in: front office, patient access, or patient registration
- Availability to travel out-of-state approximately once per quarter
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
