We are a family-owned small business looking for a qualified, proficient leader to manage our multi-location pediatric dental practice. Our family-centric clinics are a great fit for a young professional looking to grow with our practice. We have 10-15 employees in our Casper and Riverton offices. Job duties include human resources, business management, insurance and collections, marketing, and patient communication.
The ideal candidate would be a highly motivated, effective communicator with experience or training in management and insurance filings. He/she would have business-savy with innovative, marketing ideas that are community-based. Most ideally, our office manager would care deeply about the success of our clinic and the satisfaction of our patients.
We are currently transitioning to a new generation of ownership and are looking for a dedicated leader to help grow our practice and his/her career.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
