We are a fast paced manufacturer and assembler in the electronics industry, in urgent need of a talented, dynamic buying professional to join our team.
- Minimum of 3 years purchasing experience
- Create and monitor purchase orders
- Assess inventory needs for all products and components based on analysis of usage
- Assist in maintaining perpetual inventory following the complete cycle of purchase through sale
- Communicate costs, schedules, deliveries, and any changes thereof in a timely fashion with other affected departments
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with products or deliveries
- Manage vendor relationships through networking, quoting, negotiating terms and pricing
- Appropriately source to optimize vendor performance and product quality to ensure projects meet our highest customer standards
- Organize and manage material demands for new and existing projects
- Work with our sales and support teams to assess demand and navigate changes to ensure optimum customer satisfaction
- Communicate and collaborate with international suppliers and our partner facility in Shenzhen, China.
- Experience with Odoo ERP Software is preferable.
