Define the strategic vision for IT that will plan the information technology future for the organization, provide direction, and lead the development of technology solutions to support and advance the strategic goals of Company.
Oversees all elements of the Information technology and Infrastructure. Delivers a consistent, secure, reliable and optimized business and operational experience for all company users, as well as external providers and clients.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Information Technology preferred. Or any combination of education/experience which would provide an equivalent background.
2. Eight to ten years of related experience that includes work flow design, data analysis, and/or systems automation and testing preferred.
3. Five years leadership or senior leadership role preferred.
4. Must have familiarity with infrastructure IT systems.
5. Ability to train and direct employees.
6. Ability to organize determined priorities and implement assignments.
7. Ability to evaluate, interpret, plan, and implement changes and refine systems and procedures.
8. Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with executive team, staff members and business leaders.
9. Ability to maintain and protect confidential information.
10. Must possess valid Ohio driver’s license, have vehicle available for use and maintain adequate insurance.
11. Ability to maintain discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
