Customer Service Representative Personal Lines Insurance

Job Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of customer service over the phone in an efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable manner.
- Receive inbound sales calls from customers; understand their needs and respond appropriately.
- Consistently provide exceptional customer service and professionalism to all our customers.
- Answer customer questions on all personal lines insurance products.
- Accurately document policy records based on actions taken.
- Remain current and knowledgeable on every aspect of supported product.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to make decisions and solve problems.
- Ability to multi-task using multiple software programs simultaneously.
- Effective communication and sound listening skills.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM with high accuracy, required.
- Ability to type without looking at the keyboard, required.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications (MS Word, Excel, etc.).
- Proven ability to build customer relationships via telephone.
- CA personal lines insurance experience, required.
- Underwriting Experience a plus.
- CA Insurance License a plus.
- Bachelors degree a plus.
- Bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish (reading, writing and speaking) is a plus.
