**Overview:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring a smooth and efficient environment for our employees. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about administration and is looking to take on a leadership role.
**Duties:**
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Oversee front desk operations, ensuring that all visitors are greeted professionally and that all incoming calls are handled promptly and efficiently.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures, as well as maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Manage vendor relationships, including ordering office supplies and negotiating contracts.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and events, ensuring that all necessary materials are prepared and that the office is fully prepared for any events.
- Provide training and support to new employees, as well as assist with ongoing training and development for all employees.
- Manage the office phone system, including answering calls and handling customer inquiries.
- Process payroll and handle any issues related to employee compensation.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records, including employee attendance, performance reviews, and company documents.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that office operations are aligned with company goals and objectives.
**Skills:**
- Proven experience in office management, including front desk operations, calendar management, and vendor management. Must have experience with Dentrix.
- Strong administrative skills, including payroll management and human resources.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency with phone systems and office software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Experience with training development and performance management.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
