We are looking for an experienced Retail Floor Manager at ASRV. The Retail Floor Manager will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure day-to-day tasks are properly carried out by the retail associates. You will work closely with senior-level leadership to meet strategic objectives.
The Retail Floor Manager will also be responsible for monitoring and supervising all floor activity including, but not limited to, assisting customers, monitoring staff, managing inventory, and ensuring that all floor requirements are consistently met.

Retail Floor Manager Job Brief
Responsibiities
As the Retail Floor Manager, you will:
- Be passionate about customer experience.
- Ensure backstock is organized on a daily basis.
- Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, implement purchasing plans, and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals.
- Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times.
- Ensure all staff members are performing daily tasks throughout the day.
- Ensure all storage spaces are properly organized and maintained.
- Supervise staff while on the floor.
- Train staff to perform allocated roles on the sales floor.
- Be responsible for counting all incoming inventory.
- Be responsible for delegating any organizational and backstock tasks to a respective sales associate when applicable.
- Must be extremely knowledgeable about all of our products and various fabric technologies.
- Add or edit any existing floor tasks and checklists when applicable.

Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in retail, consumer product/eCommerce (B2C), preferably in the fitness and apparel industry
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Retail Floor Manager, preferably in the fitness and apparel industry
- Ability to coach and counsel staff on performance management and progressive discipline techniques
- Open availability including evenings and weekends
- Good system knowledge in back-office software systems
