```Duties:```
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety
- Help patients with eating and drinking, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration
- Collect specimens for testing and perform basic laboratory procedures
- Assist with wound care and dressing changes
- Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
```Qualifications:```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of a nursing assistant training program or equivalent experience
- Current certification as a nursing assistant (CNA) or similar certification in the state of employment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to lift and move patients safely, following proper body mechanics
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
- Experience in providing care to patients in a healthcare setting preferred
