The Enhanced Family Services case manager is responsible for providing treatment, coordinating care and proving therapeutic interventions to youth in the EFS program.
1. Develops positive internal and external relationships by effectively representing Agency management to staff, other organizations and state and federal agencies.
2. Works effectively with other CYFS managers to improve Agency systems and contribute to the overall operation of the Agency.
3. Informs EFS Program Manager of significant problems that may jeopardize the achievementof objectives, and those not being addressed at the program level.
4. Assumes responsibility for therapeutic services for assigned consumers.

Education/Experience:
Required: Completed Bachelor's Degree
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree plus 1-3 years of experience.
License/Certifications:
Required: Valid driver's license and current automobile registration & insurance
