Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Chef in a reputable Italian restaurant or similar establishment.

In-depth knowledge of Italian cooking techniques, ingredients, and traditions.

Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.

Creativity and a passion for culinary excellence.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully.

Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred
