Operations/Billing Support Staff
1 – 2 years of Medical or Mental Health insurance verification and authorization experience required.
Responsibilities include:
Operations Support Staff is responsible for the verification of insurance for client eligibility and benefits, obtaining and processing authorizations, generating payment agreements, and the client onboarding process.
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: patient chart audits, billing record audits, and other tasks in relation to the billing and administrative processes.
Qualifications include:
High School diploma or equivalent (GED) completion, experience in an office setting, and strong skill and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Customer service, attention to detail, an ability to work independently, and the ability to problem-solve are required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38.5 – 40 per week
