We are recruiting for multiple openings:
- Assembly Operator (8 hours)
- Injection Mold Operator (12 hours)
- Paint Operator (10 hours)
Assembly Operator (8 hours)
- Assembles assigned product parts on assembly line in accordance with production guidelines.
- Sets up and operates assembly lines each day according to the established procedures.
- Completes proper shift changeover. Performs Spot Checks, Red Rabbits.
- Complete maintenance check. Packages and transports produced parts as needed.
- Applies appropriate labels to packaging based on contents. Meet the daily production requirements.
Injection Mold Operator (12 hours)
- Operate and Monitor Plastic Injection Molding Machines
- Able to detect defective parts. Blocking bad parts with immediate notification to the shift supervisor
- Mold, trim, inspect and pack parts to meet customer requirements
- Notify supervisor of any problems with machines
Paint Operator (10 hours)
- Operator produces and inspects assigned product parts on the line in accordance with production guidelines.
- Operator load and unloads products to/from the pain rack and the pain line.
- Operator performs spot checks of products to ensure adherence to approved quality standards.
- Operator notifies management of product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions.
Required/preferred requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and diagrams.
- Detail-oriented and consistent.
- Must have manual dexterity in order to assemble products or machines as directed.
- Must have excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts produced.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods.
- Frequent handling of small components and assemblies
- High level of finger dexterity to handle and assemble small parts accurately.
- Frequently bending or twisting at the waist to access tools and parts on the workbench.
- Reaching with hands and arms to access and assemble components within a defined work area.
- Occasionally moving around the work area to gather parts or tools.
- Frequently lifting small components or tools (up to 10 lbs)
- Occasionally lifting totes and boxes (up to 25 pounds)
- Occasionally crouching or kneeling to access lower shelves or storage areas.
These positions are based in a production environment and employee may operate different workstations and different type products, as needed and per production requirements. Adherence to safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Employees must wear personal protective equipment in accordance with Standard operating procedures and guidelines
