The Hotspotting the Overdose Crisis Program is an innovative overdose outreach and engagement program designed to identify individuals most at-risk of overdose and other substance use disorders and connect them to services and supports. The Director will coordinate and manage the implementation of the program with 10 agencies and will be responsible for coordinating the activities of an interdisciplinary team involved with analytics, client and stakeholder engagement, finance, and executive leadership. The Director will ensure the SI PPS leadership team is aware of ongoing project progress, challenges, deliverables and deadlines. The Director will monitor the program and communicate potential risk points with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee 10 program partners: Plan, including milestones, deliverables and implementation of new outreach and engagement components
- Serve as point of contact for program partners; Manage communication and biweekly touchpoints with program partners regarding deadlines, milestones, project deliverables, and new developments
- Monitor project progress continuously through use of the technology platform and create detailed reports updating milestones and deliverables
- Analyze program data to present findings and recommendations to leadership team
- Communicate proactively with leadership and program partner administrators to keep the project aligned with targets and goals
- Lead the development of quarterly, interim and final reports associated with program reporting and grant reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or health and science related field, or LMSW/LCSW, CASAC, LMHC or other behavioral health professional
- Minimum 5 years project or program management experience
- Proficiency with MS Office suite and project management tracking systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
- PMP certification
- Experience in behavioral health field or with Opioid/Substance Use Disorder
- Experience with data analytics or computer programming
