Care First Rehabilitation is a growing Neuro-Rehab company who cares for clients with Traumatic Brain Injuries from motor vehicle accidents. We are seeking a LPN for our Licensed Adult Foster Care Facilities (6 AFC homes) in the Troy/Farmington area to provide care for clients with Traumatic Brain Injuries and Spinal Cord Injuries.

Duties include:
- Assistance with nursing assessments and documentation
- Supervising & inventory of the medication administration protocol
- Training and supervising Direct Care Staff
- PEG Tube feedings
- Bowel program
- Medication administration
- Wound care
- Managing behaviors related to TBI
- Transfers
- Personal hygiene of clients
- Documentation review
Requirements:
- Must be able to work full time (8 hour shifts)
- Must have a valid Michigan LPN (or RN) License
- Must be able to rotate weekends (every other Saturday & Sunday)
- Must be strong with wound care management.
- Must be able to pass background check
- Must be compassionate, patient, reliable and hard working
- Must be comfortable and confident training our Direct Care Staff

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
