Position Summary:
The Receptionist will support the firm by managing the front desk on a daily basis and performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Location & Commitments:
- Status: Full-time / Non-Exempt
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week.
- In-Office: This position will report to work at our office in Jacksonville.
Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.

Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.

Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.

Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.

Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.

Perform other clerical tasks including e-filing.
