Job Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support: Provide efficient, friendly, and professional customer support, addressing technical inquiries and concerns related to LED display screens.
2. Troubleshooting: Assist customers in diagnosing and resolving issues with LED display screens, including hardware and software problems.
3. Remote Support: Provide assistance to customers in resolving technical issues via phone, email, or remote desktop sharing tools.
4. On-Site Support: If necessary, visit customer sites to provide technical support and assist in resolving more complex issues.
5. Repair and Maintenance: Assist customers with the repair and maintenance of LED display screens to ensure their proper operation.
6. Training: Deliver training to customers to enable them to use and maintain LED display screens effectively.
7. Technical Documentation: Write and update technical documentation, including user manuals and troubleshooting guides.
8. Feedback and Improvement: Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the product development team to help improve the quality and performance of LED display screens.
Experience Requirements:
1. Technical Knowledge: Possess technical knowledge of LED display screens, including an understanding of both hardware and software to effectively address issues.
2. Communication Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills to explain technical issues clearly and help customers understand and resolve problems.
3. Troubleshooting Ability: Excellent troubleshooting skills to quickly and accurately identify and resolve issues.
4. Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with other team members, sales teams, and customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
