Job Description
The CSR’s duties include but are not
limited to:
Greeting the customer on the phone and
at the counter
Order entry using a company specific
Point of Sale system
Accurately labeling boxes
Maintaining a clean and orderly work
area
Customer complaint resolution using
company trained strategies
Production of product including
learning recipes and end bake preparations
Stocking product using the first in
first out method
Cash handling including the ability to count
change back
