Job Summary:
HowLett is looking for a dynamic and motivated Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team. The Fulfillment Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring efficient and accurate order processing and fulfillment within the organization. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with organizational skills and the ability to multitask to ensure orders are processed, tracked, and delivered on time.
Responsibilities:
· Supervise and coordinate the activities of fulfillment staff to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and answer to customers requests. Provide guidance, set goals and priorities for the team.
· Support as needed in preparing orders for fulfillment, pick, assemble, package and label shipment. Perform checks to insure all orders are pulled correctly and completely.
· Inspect goods for Quality Assurance. Communicate with management about defective and damaged products.
· Completes paper documentation requirements for packing and shipping goods as outlined by distribution SOP’s. Maintains working knowledge of products, order fulfillment policies, and procedures.
· Coordinate customers integration with company software. Manage customer SKUs, shopping platforms integration, carriers set up.
· Conduct periodic stock checks and reconcile discrepancies. Export spreadsheet data from systems, compile datas and prepare reports as needed.
· Investigate and resolve any order issues, shipping issues or systems issues as needed.
· Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and assistance regarding order status, shipping inquiries, and product availability. Handle customer complaints or concerns related to order fulfillment, working to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
· Other tasks and reports as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
· Prefered experience in warehouse environment; order processing; inventory management.
· Computer skills with ability to understand new software.
· An easy-to-work-with attitude, strong work ethic, accountable and interest in learning new things.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
· Problem-solving skills, ability to resolve issues and drive decision-making.
· Flexibility with availability to work overtime as needed due to our real-time commitments to our customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
