Job Title: IT Manager (Cyber Security)
Location: Port Charlotte, FL
Salary: 60k to 70k (Based on experience)
Travel: 5%
Position Summary:
As IT manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and improving IT department, Cyber security management systems, business architecture and processes. This role ensures the integrity and reliability of our network in all our facilities, focusing on operational excellence and strategic management to meet systems needs effectively.

- Bachelor's or equivalent degree
- 7-10 years of project management experience developing project charters, plans, and work breakdown structures; risk and issue resolution; sprint planning and execution, testing, and release planning
Responsibilities
- Developing new network troubleshooting strategies to help reduce downtime and decrease maintenance costs
- Creating rational strategies for upgrading the company’s network software whenever a new update is available
- Constructing and implementing plans to ensure the company’s network continues to operate smoothly in the event of a problem
- Staying up to date with new network technology and reporting this information to the executive team each quarter
- Working closely with other department Managers to assess the growth needs and maintenance of the company’s network
