Cross-Border New Media Operations Expert/Specialist
- TikTok, Instagram, Youtube;
- Xiaohongshu, Wechat, ect.
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage the content operations for cross-border video account, WeChat official account, Xiaohongshu, and North American platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc. From the perspective of user needs and brand promotion, complete the exposure of the company's brand, cross-border partners' personal IPs, and the company's IP product online activities and promotion, develop North American brand and influencer resources for distribution.
- Uncover insights, refine product selling points, complete creative planning, copywriting, design & product coordination, execution monitoring, and post-analysis.
- Closely communicate and collaborate with North American teams, influencers, and brands to clearly outline and formulate user communication language and content tone.
- Conduct internal and external cross-industry marketing and cross-industry cooperation, adept at leveraging and exploring high-quality cooperation resources, creating influential new media communication events online.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 2+ years of experience in internet new media, successful previous experience of building and operating brand new media from 0 to 1. Experience in B2B business is preferred.
- Good internet sense, creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, strong execution ability, keen awareness of hot topics, and creative divergent way of thinking.
- Excellent writing skills, able to independently write concise and user-perceivable copy and video scripts, and able to independently complete shooting and editing work.
- Outgoing and lively personality, strong self-motivation and learning ability, strong stress resistance, and strong team collaboration spirit.
- Experience in cross-border e-commerce, gaming, payment, local drama, etc. is preferred.
- Fluent English and Mandarin in both speaking and writing.

Additionally, the company also owns the leading North American interest e-commerce local supply chain platform, providing high-quality local supply chain product offerings to 3.7 million overseas distributors, MCNs, influencer agencies, influencers, and US offline local B2B distributors.
