Job Summary:
We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in various clerical tasks. This is a remote position offering flexibility in working hours.
Duties:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules using Outlook Calendar
- Perform general clerical duties including but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, editing, and collaboration
- Answer and direct phone calls using virtual phone systems
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Calendar) and Google Suite
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of front desk operations and clerical procedures
- Excellent typing skills for data entry and documentation purposes
- Familiarity with filing systems and record keeping
