Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team. The Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating appointments, managing schedules, and ensuring efficient customer assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule customer appointments accurately and efficiently
- Manage and maintain appointment calendars
- Confirm appointments and follow up on missed appointments
- Answer phone calls and assist customers with scheduling inquiries

Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or administrative support
- Proficiency in using phone systems and scheduling software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
