What’s the position?
Are you a data-driven individual with a rock star eye for analyzing media trends and consumer behavior? We are actively seeking a Media Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting and translating complex advertising data into actionable insights, contributing to the success of our media strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preferred candidate will have agency experience reporting across all functional media channels including paid social media, paid search, digital and linear TV, radio, DOOH (digital Out-of-Home) and more.
- Experience with attribution reporting including MMM (media mix modeling), MTA (multi touch attribution) via proprietary solution or a provider like Nielsen Audience Management.
- Track record of extracting actionable insights from seasonal analytics and provide insights into audience behavior, campaign effectiveness, and media ROI.
- Rock Star candidate will have experience conducting post-event analysis to evaluate the success of media strategies during sporting seasons.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies that impact media consumption and advertising strategies.
- Conduct thorough competitive analysis to benchmark Hard Rock Bet media efforts against industry standards and competitors including online sports betting and daily fantasy sports operators.
- Identify opportunities and areas for improvement based on competitive insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms including Tableau, Power BI, Amplitude. Apps Flyer, Google Analytics, etc.
- Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to communicate key media performance metrics to internal stakeholders.
- Present findings in a clear and compelling manner, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with media planning teams to provide data-driven recommendations for optimizing campaign strategies with a focus on seasonal sporting events.

What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2 - 5 years of experience in media analysis, market research, or a related field, preferably within an agency setting working across multiple clients.
- Familiarity with sports events, teams, and leagues, and the ability to leverage this knowledge in media analysis.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
