Join a leading innovator in the Washington cannabis industry. We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee our state-of-the-art production and processing facility. As a pivotal player in our company, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, enhancing productivity, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the cannabis production and processing facility.
- Implement and maintain high standards of product quality, safety, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Manage a diverse team of employees, providing leadership and development opportunities.
- Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Collaborate with R&D to innovate and improve product offerings.
- Maintain a working knowledge of new technologies and advancements in the cannabis industry.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Engage with local community leaders and regulatory officials to promote the company’s interests and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role in a regulated field, preferably in the cannabis, pharmaceutical, or food production industries.
- Strong understanding of business management, regulatory compliance, and operational control.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software and ERP systems.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Must pass all required background checks and hold a state-issued cannabis operation license if necessary.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
