```Duties```
- Supervise a team of field officers and ensure their adherence to company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor the performance and conduct of field officers
- Provide guidance and support to field officers in handling challenging situations
- Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and develop appropriate strategies
- Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential security threats
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and complaints, and prepare detailed reports
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, patrols, and other relevant information
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies as necessary

- Loss prevention: Knowledge of techniques and strategies to prevent loss or theft within a given environment
- CPR certificate: Possess a valid CPR certification to provide immediate medical assistance if needed
- Surveillance: Proficient in using surveillance equipment and monitoring systems to ensure the safety of the premises
- Conflict management: Ability to de-escalate conflicts and resolve disputes in a professional manner
- CCTV: Familiarity with closed-circuit television systems for monitoring and recording activities
- Law enforcement: Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and procedures related to security operations
- First aid: Knowledge of basic first aid procedures to provide immediate medical assistance when required
