About Us: Radar Roofing is a leader in catastrophic and storm damage. We specialize in residential and commercial roofs as well as exteriors. The main customer we service is someone who has experienced a storm event that affected their property. Our service is to help them through the claims process and bringing their property back to new or existing condition while making the best experience we can.
Job Description: You will be responsible for covering territories where storms have hit within the state of Minnesota. Your primary focus will be on generating leads and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure that they are represented through the claims process. The goal of each solid lead with storm damage is to provide a free inspection, help identify the damage, file a claim with the homeowner and help them get the best result they can through their insurance. This should result in us performing the repairs their insurance prescribed for the storm damage.
This role requires a hands-on, proactive approach to lead generation and customer relationship management. The company will delegate storm-hit territories where you'll be door-knocking homes and talking with businesses in the community to help develop business. We require a minimum of 250 doors knocked per week. This will be documented by you, the sales rep, through our mobile app Canvas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Conduct door-to-door sales to generate new leads and identify potential clients.
- Memorize and deliver the provided script during each interaction
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Stay up to date with communication with your customers and documentation through the company CRM
- Move your book of business through the Pipeline inside the CRM
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Sales and Execution:
- Minimum of knocking on 250 doors OR get 4 insurance claims per week
- Ability to climb roofs or other physical demands
- Understand the industry and the products we offer
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated and personally driven to grow a book of business
- Willingness to learn and be coached - maintaining a positive attitude that helps drive our culture for growth
- Ability to travel and stay extended periods of time outside the cities
- Background in door-to-door sales and lead generation would be a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of the insurance claim process related to roofing is a plus.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
What We Offer:
- 4-week training pay of $500 per week up to 4 weeks (Total $2000)
- 12% Commission on all gross revenue provided through your efforts
- 8% Commission on all gross revenue provided through Company leads
