District Manager-
Little Caesars of Dallas Ft. Worth (LCDFW) District Manager (DM) provides leadership, coaching, and direction to approximately 4-6 locations. A DM supports Restaurant Manager(s) to ensure “Operational Excellence” in our People, Guests, Sales, Profits, and Systems. You will help maximize each restaurant's sales and profits and ensure they deliver excellent guest service and meet and execute all applicable Brand standards.
Responsibilities and Duties
People-
- Recruiting, training, and developing qualified Restaurant Managers and fostering a learning environment throughout all stores
- Development of talent: Enforce systems and processes that drive effective hiring, training, retention, and development, including succession planning for GM roles, performance appraisals, and monthly feedback with a focus on their development.
- Hold GMs accountable for executing action plans, tracking progress, and promoting urgency.
- Working with Store General Manager to oversee all aspects of operations for their stores
- Assist with ongoing learning and development programs to improve staff performance and delivery of customer service.
- Ensure that proper staffing levels are achieved and develop and implement strategies for retaining all team members.
- Guests-Attaining high levels of guest satisfaction by instilling a sense of urgency around guest service among all team members.
- Maintaining top-notch stores in full compliance with (LCDFW) Little Caesars operational guidelines and food safety standards
Sales-
- Growing sales by creating and implementing customized marketing plans and driving Managers and team members to achieve targeted goals.
Profits-
- Meeting budgetary requirements for controls by utilizing technology to analyze trends and taking action to impact the bottom line. Ensure that all budgets and financial projections are met.
- Ensure business controls and customer service strategies are implemented at all levels
- Review key financial variables daily. Analyze and track key financial/operational data to derive meaningful business insights. Develop executive presentations and present key trends and results to Director/VP. Present financial/operational weekly updates during DM & GM meetings. Ensure stores are meeting operating plans utilizing the Business Review process.
- Ensure that all stores maintain a theoretical-to-actual COGS variance of less than 1.5%.
- Ensure that labor standards are followed in all stores and scheduled-to-actual labor stays within a 2% variance from the guide.
Systems-
- Identify and diagnose ongoing operational gaps in stores; develop formal action plans to resolve gaps and partner with field support as needed.
- Consistently Achieve & maintain operational excellence, partnering with General Managers and Team members in your respective District
- Schedule and execute regular unit visits to ensure all company standards and policies are followed.
- Ensure appropriate cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and staffing standards are maintained
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with labor and safety regulations.
- Ensure all food safety standards are executed according to company policy & health/sanitation regulations.
- Traveling is required to other locations.
Additional Requirements-
- Multi-Unit Restaurant Management exp.- 2-year minimum of QSR or Fast Casual
- Reliable Transportation
- Food Safety Certification
- Excellent written, verbal, and computer skills
- Experienced in ensuring operational effectiveness for multi-unit organizations.
- Thorough understanding of Little Caesars standards, policies & procedures
- Ability to provide guidance and coaching effectively and professionally to store-level management and team members.
- Ability to plan and conduct effective meetings.
- Experience in working independently with a result orientation.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including public speaking.
- Strong organizational skill
