```Duties``` As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our establishment. Your duties will include: - Managing and supervising staff members to ensure efficient and effective service - Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders as needed - Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations - Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise - Creating employee schedules and assigning tasks - Training new employees on company policies and procedures - Collaborating with other managers to develop and implement strategies for business growth - Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to staff members ```Skills``` To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Strong knowledge of POS systems, particularly Aloha POS - Previous experience in hospitality management, including food preparation and catering - Excellent supervisory and leadership abilities - Exceptional customer service skills - Proficient in shift management, including scheduling and delegation of tasks If you are a motivated individual with a passion for the restaurant industry, we encourage you to apply.
