Automotive Sales Managers manage, train and direct a team of Ford Automotive Sales Representatives
•Automotive Sales Managers must be a strong closer willing to engage customers early in the sale to obtain maximum gross
•Automotive Sales Managers actively support, encourage and motivate sales personnel daily to maintain high morale

Responsibilities of a New Car Manager include but are not limited to:
- Focus on Monthly Objectives and Sales
- Conduct Sales Meetings & Training
- Hire and train sales consultants
- Prospect, appraise, and present offers to current vehicle owners with the goal of purchasing their vehicles
- Provide guidance and support to dealership sales associates as it relates to purchasing new & used vehicles
- Oversee sales consultants and train
- Manage the life cycle of the inventory and ensure no vehicles become aged
- Monitor quality of inventory photos, descriptions, and pricing on company website
- Must be experienced with acquiring inventory online
- VAuto Experience is a plus!
- Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a Plus!
- RouteOne Experience is a Plus!
- VIN Solutions Experience is a Plus!
Requirements of a New Car Manager include but are not limited to:
- At least 2 years of new car management experience required
- Understand market trends and changes to trends in the geographic market
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- MUST be willing to adapt to the culture, processes, and procedures
- Must have Drivers License.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $105,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
