Society of Lash was established in 2015. Specializing in eyelash extensions, also offering a wide variety of the most trending beauty services. We were the first studio in the Hudson Valley dedicated to eyelash extensions and we have been voted Best of Hudson Valley for Lash Studio; 2018 and 2021. We have 3 locations in Beacon, Newburgh, and New Windsor NY.
Duties & Responsibilities
Welcome each client into the studio
Make sure each client has a relaxing & enjoyable experience
Check each client in and out
Communicate any client issues with lead artist and ensure issue(s) are handled in a timely manner
Schedule/Reschedule client appointments
Manage schedule to ensure optimal use of time
Check cancellation list; fill any holes in the schedule
Answer the phone & check voicemails; make sure each call is responded to in a timely manner
Explain service(s), appointment details, studio policies, and aftercare to clients
Keep studio clean & presentable
Merchandise the retail area
Send out thank you texts to new clients
Ensure daily sales sheet is neatly and properly filled out
Ensure all appointments and totals are inputed into the scheduling system correctly
In charge of all daily cash & credit card sales
Mange monthly studio inventory

Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Cosmetology License or Esthetics License (Preferred)
