The Program Manager will facilitate improved coordination of our growing base of complex projects, streamline operations, and maximize efficiency. The role involves driving increased accountability across multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. A key measure of success will be fostering increased collaboration among team members, enhancing communication, and mitigating potential risks and roadblocks. Additionally, the role involves identifying improvements to project delivery through active management, metrics/KPIs, and routine project/program reviews.
Candidates who have performed Mil-spec work are preferable, as well as those with experience in the engineering (electrical/mechanical) industry.

Responsiblities:
- Manage cost, schedule, and performance of multiple programs.
- Serve as the primary interface with external customers.
- Ensure timely completion of materials and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate program execution risks.
- Drive technical excellence and set program standards.
- Lead and direct integrated program teams.
- Forecast financial performance and maximize profit.
- Assist in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms.
- Manage complex budgets.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication with project sponsors and team members.
- Support proposal development and growth activities.
- Develop project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
- Produce regular status reports on project progress.
- Track and report on progress and outcomes.
- Manage program elements including goals, milestones, risks, and resources.
- Anticipate and address project issues proactively.
- U.S. Citizen (ITAR requirements)
- Active DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant area
- Demonstrated ability to lead others and manage resources to ensure complete contract coverage
- Ability to organize, delegate, and monitor work to stay on schedule
- Provide supervision to ensure work product accuracy, quality, and completeness
- Expertise with monitoring and evaluation functions
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with management, staff, and external stakeholders
- Ability to compile and analyze data and provide recommendations
- Ability to analyze programs and processes for effectiveness
- Ability to operate independently to complete tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
- Detail-oriented with strong writing skills for drafting and formatting professional-grade documents
