Administrative
P.H. Works, Inc. is a licensed plumbing company seeking an experienced Admin. Candidate must be energetic, friendly, dependable, and professional with a polite demeanor and positive attitude. Previous experience working in an office setting required.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Answering calls
- Process customer invoices and payments
- Collect payments and updating customer accounts
- Maintain account receivable records
- Filing
- Other misc. office/admin/clerical items as assigned
Qualifications:
- customer service: 1 year
- Office administration: 1 year
- Receptionist: 1 year
- Ability to work under pressure
- Computer and Microsoft Office proficient
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
- Can type at a minimum speed of 50 WPM (words per minute)
- People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects
- Autonomous/Independent -- enjoys working with little direction
