Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- File and organize documents, both physical and electronic
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other documents as needed
- Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns
- Warehouse inventory intake
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office setting preferred
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and systems
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and fax machines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Note: Experience as a dental receptionist or medical receptionist in a dental or medical office is a plus.
