Hello Charlotte! We are currently recruiting for a Shift Leader/Manager with the ability to keep cool under pressure, communicate effectively, lead and multitask. This person must be reliable and friendly as the position is very much dependent on their attendance and ability to completely control their unit. We expect only A+ personalities and an Above and Beyond work ethic to represent us and grow this market. Candidates must have a Positive Attitude, High Energy Level, Strong Attention to Detail, Reliable Transportation to and from work, Professional Demeanor, Be Guest Focused, Have Excellent Communication Skills and a Genuine Passion for Pleasing People. Position could be full-time or part-time, depending on candidate availability. Pay is hourly plus tip share.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations.
- Lead your team to success.
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
- Regularly review product quality.
- Organize and supervise shifts and stay at prescribed labor budgets.
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
- Conduct staff evaluations on time and completely.
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations. (DHEC)
- Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it.
- Standing 80% of your work day
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
- Create detailed reports weekly and conduct daily store audits.
- Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and events.
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months proven work experience as a shift or team leader or trainer.
- Strong food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and front staff
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
- 3 Strong Supervisory references will be required.
