The Project Manager I, e-Ticketing Platform Integration will play a critical role in driving forward all e-ticketing platform onboarding project activities for 3rd-party resellers to ensure successful delivery of project commitments and highest business value. This role will be responsible for managing project tasks and deliverables across cross-functional teams, contribute to weekly status materials, and produce key project performance metrics and reports. The Project Manager I, e-Ticketing Platform Integration will work closely with project stakeholders, leadership, and business partners. This role will require strong collaboration skills with a variety of management levels as well as internal and external stakeholders across Universal Parks and Resorts to ensure alignment between teams. This role also requires excellent organization skills, multi-tasking abilities, communication, and time management skills in order to help teams achieve the overall program goals and meet critical timelines.
- Assist e-Ticketing Implementation team with scheduling and leading of client onboarding sessions, manage client onboarding project activities, prepare necessary materials for onboarding sessions, and monitor onboarding progress
- Maintain the client onboarding processes, workflows, and provide updates to leadership
- Contribute to weekly project tracking, project status, dashboard updates, presentations, and other visual status documentation related to client onboarding progress
- Identify risks, blockers, gaps and bottlenecks within the active onboarding pipeline and partner with management on resolutions
- Update project documentation or create new documentation when necessary; including but not limited to, internal Sales team and Client-facing SOPs to support use of new platforms and tools
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology or related field is required.
- Formal Project Management Training, required.
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management certification (PMP) (desired)
- 3+ years project delivery experience within Information Technology, Business Field, Product Management, Project Management or consulting; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience with B2B sales model, preferred.
