Job Title: Individual and Couples Therapist
Classification: Build up a practice to full time of 30-40 hours
Job Summary: Within Holistic Counseling is looking to add a dynamic clinician to our team. Main responsibilities include providing mental health and trauma-focused therapeutic services to children, families, and adults including prevention, education, and holistic care.
Accountabilities:
- Reports to Clinical Supervisor/President
Essential Roles:
- Clinically assess needs of families, couples, and children
- Experience or willingness to learn trauma-informed, mindfulness-based, with a focus on spiritual psychology, expressive arts, and somatic approaches to treating a diverse population of clientele
- Desire to promote and/or engage in diverse offerings of group workshops geared towards promotion of well-being and psychological growth.
- Provide individual, couples, group therapy both remotely and in-office at Within Holistic Counseling's office.
Administrative and Other Functions:
- Responsible for the timely submission of documentation into Within Holistic Counseling EMR system.
- Experience or willingness to learn marketing practices to grow individual caseload and to overall promote the success of the practice through training, presentations, meetings, materials etc.
- Engage in individual and group supervision bi-weekly
- Comply with Within Holistic Counseling policies and procedures regarding ethical and professional code of conduct as well as relevant credentialing bodies’ code of ethics.
- Other job responsibilities as assigned by Clinical Supervisor/President negotiated to meet the needs of the practice.
Job Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling (MHC), Professional Counseling (PC), Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Social Work (MSSW), or equivalent
- Two years of direct clinical experience with individuals and children in individual and group settings.
- Ability to clinically assess individual and family needs and provide outside resource referrals as needed.
- Ability to engage with the Clinical Supervisor, other clinicians, appropriately and actively in individual and group clinical supervision.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Ability and willingness to continue in experiential growth and education as well as acquire practice skills.
- Must clear all WHC required pre-employment background checks. No person will be employed who has been convicted of any offense against another person.

Pay:
$30- $60 an hour
