The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for: preparing and delivering quotations; taking sales orders via telephone from both repeat and new accounts; negotiating prices with customers; following-up to building critical bonds with customers; telemarketing both warm and cold leads to obtain new business.
- Outgoing, service-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to receive and follow direction
- Good business verbal and written communications skills, internal and external
- Provide pre and post sales services.
- Create and build relationships with our customers over the phone.
- Consistently follow up with customers and accounts to generate repeat sales
- Goal-oriented with the ability to multi-task under pressure in fast-paced work environment
