HRTM Consulting specializes in Public Sector, Healthcare and Manufacturing.
Responsibilities include:
-Consulting and implementing Ready solution.
-Experience gathering Customer requirements and performing full project life cycle
-Developing solutions using the software that meets customer requirements
-Offering assistance with custom reports to better serve the client
- Assisting the customer with testing and understanding the solution
-Consulting customers on system configuration, industry-specific features, and system processes and procedures
-Communicating with customers in a timely, professional manner and escalating issues to the Project Manager as necessary
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience with configuration and support of SaaS-based systems
- UKG Ready experience is a must
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be proficient in Timekeeper, Scheduling and Accruals.
- Must have experience with UKG biometric clocks, including configuration and installation.
- Ability to program Clocks to open doors and turnstiles.
