Job Details
· In-Person with multiple location options
· Expansive Sublocade Program (in addition to all other forms of MAT)
· Support Staff Including Front/Back Office, Dedicated Medical Assistants, Recovery Peers, as well as a full Behavioral Health Department
· Will have internal access to full continuum of care including referral to our detox clinic.
· Positive and collaborative work environment
· Individualized patient care with emphasis on harm-reduction
Schedule: Part-Time, flexible. Potential to lead to Full-Time.
Compensation:

Experience: Addiction Medicine/MAT (preferred but not required)
License/Certification: Active state license with prescriptive privileges (required); X-waiver (required)

Pay: $70.00 - $150.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 16 per week
