Key Responsibilities:

- Wellness Coaching: Empower and guide our members on their wellness journeys by providing personalized wellness coaching sessions. Utilize your knowledge of holistic well-being to develop customized plans, offer support and motivation, and track progress toward their wellness goals. As a Customer Experience Associate, your ability to inspire and coach our members will contribute to their overall transformation and well-being.
- Complete Onboarding Processes: As a Customer Experience Associate, you will play an integral role in the onboarding process for new members. From necessary documentation to profile setup, you will ensure a seamless transition into our wellness club, setting them up for success on their wellness journey.
- Conduct Captivating Tours: Capture the imaginations of potential members as you showcase our cutting-edge services and highlight the incredible benefits of our therapies. Your expertise and passion for wellness will empower customers to make informed choices that will positively impact their lives.
- Efficient Scheduling Management: Master the art of scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations, providing exceptional service both in-person and through phone interactions. Your ability to navigate the intricacies of our club's scheduling system will set the stage for seamless experiences.
- Equipment Maintenance Extraordinaire: Ensure that our therapy rooms are always in top-notch condition by overseeing the setup and maintenance of our state-of-the-art equipment. Regular checks, maintenance routines, and inventory management will ensure that every piece of equipment is operating at its best.

Requirements:
- Passionate about Health and Wellness: We are seeking individuals who have an unwavering passion for health and wellness. Your enthusiasm and genuine belief in the power of holistic well-being will inspire our members to reach new heights on their wellness journey.
- Customer Service Experience: A minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in a fitness, spa, retail, or service-oriented setting, will equip you with the skills to provide exceptional service to our members.
- Recovery Knowledge: While not mandatory, knowledge of recovery techniques and therapies is advantageous. Your understanding of the industry will further enhance your ability to guide our members toward their wellness goals. We do not expect you to be an expert in this new industry, however, you should be determined to become one.
- Flexibility: Your commitment to ensuring an extraordinary experience for our members extends beyond the standard work week. Willingness to work on weekends and evenings is essential to accommodate our members' needs, however, these responsibilities will be shared appropriately, so we practice what we preach for our team’s rest and recuperation.
- Excellent Communication and Collaboration: As a Customer Experience Associate, your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate seamlessly will be paramount. Your interpersonal skills will foster strong relationships with our members, resulting in better outcomes.
