We seek a highly motivated Program Coordinator with advanced skills in written and oral communication, planning inter- and intra-Departmental meetings and other events, developing budgets, tracking finances, creating and maintaining standard operating procedures, collecting and tracking relevant data, analyzing results, and ensuring timely completion of projects. The Program Coordinator will be housed in the Division of Cancer Predisposition, a newly formed Section within the Department of Oncology dedicated to the evaluation and management of children and families at increased genetic risk for cancer.
The Division provides a highly collaborative and interactive environment where the Program Coordinator will have ample opportunities to participate in initiatives centered around clinical care and research in hereditary cancer. As an integral member of a team of physician-investigators, genetic counselors and nurses, the Program Coordinator will be able to carry out projects focused on advancing understanding of childhood cancers and improving upon their treatment.

Successful candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area of study and experience in program management delivery and working with project planning tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Microsoft SharePoint, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Clarity, Planview, Microsoft Office).
Compensation
In recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws, St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $70,720 - $126,880 per year for the role of Program Coordinator - Cancer Predisposition.
