The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, entrepreneurial, and organizational skills to successfully help operate a learning center through instructional leadership, parent communication, marketing, staff management, and effective administration.
Mathnasium is a math-only supplementary learning center that teaches kids math in a way that make sense to them. Using the proprietary Mathnasium Method with individual curriculum and specific teaching constructs, we offer customized learning plans to help students whether they are far behind or already ahead in math.
Position Overview
The responsibilities may include:
- Communicate regularly with parents.
- Present a polished and compelling sales message to parents that results in student enrollment.
- Provide superior customer service that results in student retention.
- Provide support to instructors and help instruct students when necessary
- Can teach at minimum middle school math.
- Conduct marketing and networking activities.
- Assist the Center Director in completing other administrative responsibilities..
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service focus
- Proven leadership skills and experience in a management or supervisory role
- A love for working with students
- Superb organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and manage time effectively
- Driven to succeed and detail oriented

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
