To be successful you must:
- Have flexible availability, which may include morning, evening, weekends and some holidays
- Maintain a working knowledge of all recipes, products and production procedures
- Ensure consistency and deliciousness of all menu items
- Ensure the quality and freshness of our products
- Assist with inventory, organization and overall cleanliness
- Help with daily monitoring of kitchen safety
- Assist to develop new items and recipes while ensuring food cost goals are met
- Monitor kitchen safety and cleanliness and assist to correct maintenance issues
We ask that you have 2+ years of relevant experience as a Pastry cook and be 18 years of age or older. A culinary degree is preferred with food safety knowledge.
